Vombat ("we", "our", "us") operates the Vombat PingNet mobile application and the Vombat VPN service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Vombat PingNet App (Network Utility):

• We do not collect any personal data.
• Speed test results and history are stored locally on your device only.
• We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• Wi-Fi information (SSID, IP address) is accessed only to display it to you and is never transmitted.

Vombat VPN Service (via Telegram bot):

• Telegram user ID — to manage your subscription.
• Payment information — processed by Telegram Stars or CryptoBot. We do not store payment details.
• We do not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, IP addresses, or connection timestamps.

How We Use Information

• To provide and manage your VPN subscription.
• To process payments and send subscription notifications.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data Storage

App data is stored locally on your device. VPN subscription data is stored on our secure servers and is limited to your Telegram ID and subscription status.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — used for speed test measurements and DNS lookups in the app.
• Telegram — used for bot interactions and Star payments.
• CryptoBot — used for cryptocurrency payments.

Data Retention

We retain subscription data only for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the app or our Telegram channel.
